How many people can stay?
Our group accommodation is suitable for up to 32 people when you rent part of it. If you rent the entire group accommodation, you can stay here with up to 64 people.
Is the house wheelchair accessible?
Is the house wheelchair accessible?
Yes, on the ground floor of both houses there is a wheelchair-accessible room. Furthermore, the communal areas are very spacious and every floor is reachable by lift. This means our group accommodation is accessible to everyone.
How can I use the multifunctional room?
How can I use the multifunctional room?
You can use this as a cinema, meeting room with projection options, interactive play area or relaxation room.
Can I also rent part of the accommodation?
Can I also rent part of the accommodation?
Yes, if you're coming with a smaller group, it's also possible to rent just Maison Mer or Maison Eau (suitable for up to 32 people). Both houses have all our facilities, from cinema to bar.
What is there for children to do in the house?
What is there for children to do in the house?
Our multifunctional room can be used as a cinema or interactive play area, among other things. When the weather is nice, the children can also let off steam in the large garden.
What are the payment terms?
What are the payment terms?
A booking is confirmed by paying a deposit of 50% of the rental price. This deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking.
The remaining balance of 50% of the rental price, along with the security deposit, must be transferred no later than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period.
